I like living here. The complex has more of a homey feel than the other apartments in downtown. The amenities are not the best (small gym) but the apartments themsevles are nice. Also you can never hear the neighbors- which is really nice.

Great apartment building, quiet, and extremely solid maintenance team that works very hard. Overall a solid group of people work at this building and I have never had any issues at all. Not really sure what else I could ask for.

Great staff! Location. I think since we live downtown, more money needs to be spent on keeping pool clean, and property in general. Staff, maintenance and location make this complex unique.

I have had nothing but a great experience after moving in last month. Alexa from the leasing office has been incredible and has made sure to answer all my questions. The unit and building is super clean. Any maintenance request has been answered within a day and resolved on the first visit. The location is unbeatable!

Everything has been wonderful so far, the residents are nice and the office is helpful. Everything is convenient and we definitely feel welcomed

The location can’t be beat, great floor plans and cozy community vibe, free guest parking, friendly and attentive staff… what more could you need?
