Lease Terms

Our community requires an initial 12-month lease for first-time applicants. At renewal, residents will have the option of renewing anywhere between a 3 to 15-month lease term. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Austin Energy for electric, Texas Gas for gas, and City of Austin for water. Please contact the leasing office for detailed information about the utility companies servicing our community.
The available cable/internet providers are Google Fiber, Spectrum, AT&T and Verizon. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th, late fees equal to 10% of the monthly rent will begin to accrue starting on the 6th. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding your account or payment options.

Community Amenities

Yes! Resident parking is available in our controlled-access parking garage. Standard parking is available for $75 per month, and reserved spaces located near hallway and elevator entrances are available for $125 per month. While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Roommates & Occupancy

Yes. Our occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. If you have questions about household size, roommates, or specific leasing requirements, please contact the leasing office for more information.
Guests are always welcome; however, anyone not listed on the lease may not stay in the home for more than two days in any one week or more than four days in any one month without prior written approval from management. If you have questions about the guest policy or need approval for an extended stay, please contact the leasing office.
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in any open, non-reserved parking spaces; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply depending on community guidelines. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
